Arcadolom is an independent online retailer offering practical outdoor equipment and property solutions, including snow blowers and snow removal equipment, cargo and utility trailers, dump and motorcycle trailers, garages, carports, storage sheds, and greenhouses.

Certain products, including trailers, garages, carports, sheds, and greenhouses, may require site preparation, assembly, installation, permits, or additional equipment. Customers are responsible for checking applicable local requirements and confirming that a product is suitable for their intended use.

We reserve the right to correct material listing, pricing, inventory, or descriptive errors when identified. Product images are provided for identification and presentation purposes. Accessories or additional items shown in photographs are not included unless explicitly stated in the product listing.

5. Prices and Currency

Prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.

Changes to listed prices will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where a correction or adjustment is permitted by applicable law and communicated to the customer. Applicable sales tax is calculated during checkout where required by law.

6. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve that item.

If an inventory issue, pricing error, listing error, or other fulfillment problem prevents us from completing an order, we may cancel the affected item or order and refund any amount collected for the canceled purchase to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.

We will communicate material changes or cancellations to the customer where appropriate.

7. Payments

Orders may be held or canceled if payment cannot be authorized or completed.

We reserve the right to decline, hold, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, inaccurate customer information, inventory problems, material listing errors, or an inability to fulfill or deliver the order.

If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable law.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Arcadolom currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States only.

Standard shipping is free on eligible orders. Any applicable shipping charges or delivery conditions will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated carrier transit time of 2–3 business days. The total estimated delivery timeframe is generally 3–5 business days, unless otherwise indicated on the product page or at checkout.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable United States federal holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather conditions, carrier disruptions, address errors, product size, freight arrangements, high shipping volumes, and circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays. Certain large or heavy products may require special delivery arrangements.

10. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@arcadolom.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests when fulfillment has not progressed too far. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed, packed, dispatched, or transferred to the shipping carrier.

If an order has already shipped, you may request an eligible return after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

11. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

For authorized returns, Arcadolom provides a prepaid return label and does not charge a restocking fee, subject to the applicable return procedure and the terms of our Return and Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the refunded amount available.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging where appropriate.

After reviewing your request, we will explain the available resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the circumstances, product availability, our applicable policies, and consumer protection requirements.

Customers are responsible for reading and following the manufacturer's instructions, warnings, installation requirements, and safety guidelines supplied with purchased products.

Snow blowers and other powered equipment must be operated, maintained, and stored in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Customers should use appropriate protective equipment and keep children and bystanders away from operating machinery.

Trailers must be used within their specified weight ratings and towing limits and must be properly connected, loaded, secured, and maintained. Customers are responsible for checking applicable registration, licensing, towing, and road-safety requirements.

Garages, carports, storage sheds, and greenhouses must be installed and anchored appropriately for their intended use and local conditions. Customers should check zoning, building permits, property restrictions, weather exposure, and other applicable local requirements before installation.

Arcadolom does not encourage the use, installation, or modification of any product in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose or safety instructions.

14. Fraud Prevention

We may review, hold, refuse, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary to protect Arcadolom, our customers, payment providers, or other parties from suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or unlawful activity.

We may request additional information to verify an order before fulfillment where reasonably necessary.

15. Intellectual Property

The Arcadolom name, logo, website design, original text, graphics, and other original content may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party product names, trademarks, and images belong to their respective owners and are used where appropriate to identify products offered for sale.

Access to this website does not grant you ownership of, or permission to reproduce, protected content without the necessary authorization.
